Glenn utilizes current research in exercise science to design and implement cutting edge strength and conditioning programs for his athletes. He was named Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Boston University in September 1997. Since being at BU, Glenn has had the opportunity to train professional athletes of the MLL and the NHL as well as members of the USA women's soccer team and USA women’s ice hockey team. Glenn is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and also holds a Club Coaching Certification by U.S. Weightlifting.

John began officiating lax in 1975. He played college lacrosse at BC. John has worked 17 NCAA Tourney games, including 2 Division II, and 1 Division III National Championship games. He has trained officials from 37 states at his clinics. He has been District 1 Govenor for the US Lacrosse Collegiate Officials Committee since 1990. John was inducted into the New England Chapter for US Lacrosse’s Hall Of Fame in 2003. John can answer any questions about officiating for all levels of the game.

The game of lacrosse has been a part of his life since he began playing at Calvert Hall. He played defense for Loyola University, including a visit to the NCAA Division 1 Championship in 1990 vs. Syracuse. He played for the NLL’s Baltimore Thunder. He has spent years coaching lacrosse while working as an artist in California. He has many artworks depicting lax. His Lacrosse themed art has been recognized by US Lacrosse, FCA, and Duke University.
